Stamina X Hyper Bench is rated 4.5 out of 5 by 35.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for lower back pain Every couple years for 16 years I would throw my lower back out until I got this bench and started doing backward situps on a regular basis. It is also great for just hanging over it and lengthening/stretching out the spine. My back has never been stronger, and it also makes your butt look great :)

Rated 1 out of 5 by from STIMINA X HIPER BENCH Product parts doesn't work together it was very hard to assemble. I had to get in contact with the vendor in which they was very rude and inconsiderate to send extra parts. I wouldn't suggest anyone go thru the trouble of purchasing.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Solid Purchased this hyperextension bench because my gym got rid of the "old" school one I was using to help my back. The one they put in there is awful and hard to get into and use. Just received the Stamina bench, put together and I've already used it! Very solid and sturdy. Padding is ok, but I will use a yoga mat on the hip pad for extra comfort....I did this at the gym too. This bench is WELL worth the money. Very good quality, a little hard to put together by yourself but well worth the effort. All the other reviews are spot on and you will not regret purchasing this bench......LOVE IT!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Better Than Expected My husband and I have been building a home gym, and the hyperextension bench was the last piece for us. I read many reviews, and this bench was at the top of most of them. I was very skeptical because it didn't look very solid to me. We didn't have much space left in our gym area, and we were approaching the top of our budget, so I took a chance with this. I figured, it folds up, it was affordable and with three easy payments, what do I have to lose. Well, I have to say it's actually a very solid and effective piece of equipment. I would say it's on par with the one we were using at a commercial gym for this lower back exercise. I am so glad I bought this one.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Manufacturing flaw While this appears to be a very sturdy piece of equipment, I found as I was assembling that one of the drill holes to the main support bracket was not drilled properly and had a chunk of metal blocking the bolt from going into the hole. Therefore defective and had to return. Didn't want to risk having that happen again on a re-order. The steel quality however seemed very high end. What I was able to assemble was super easy.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Shorty I will not recommend for anyone under 5' 3". It's definitely not design for a short person. Very uncomfortable. Legs not long enough to move correctly.
