Rated 4 out of 5 by from A modified design for adequate performance. In my opinion, in the curent configuration, one pulls more on the hip joints than on the back, since the back lies flat on the bench and does not slide. It would have made sense to hzve a split bench, a fixed one for the upper body (torso) and a mobile one, attached to the leg streching component, for the lower back/buttocks. In this way, during stretching, the pull would be on the spine, where is supposed to be.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It just works... I lie in it (sometimes in prone position ie: on my belly) and crank it until I feel slightly tensed stretch, then I take nice deep ujjayi breaths and eventually I feel and hear my spine decompressing... feel great after that... If my back is really bad then I have to stay longer and may have to crank it more.. but it works That said - on amazing they have a cancer-causing ingredient warning (state of california -- what's that about???) I figure I'd ask here before posting it to my YouTube review

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Good unit but could be improved greatly. Could have an optional leg kit , if you struggle with back pain getting on and off the ground can be painful. Could also use some dampening on the release , as it is now it snaps back quite hard. Another possible option could be a hip belt that attaches to the foot grab in case a person also suffers from knee pain.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very sturdy, easy to assemble I had an inversion machine, cumbersome and a pain to move and set up. This stores easily under a bed and is much easier to use.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Wonderful invention I have chronic back problems and I am very glad I bought this. I use it in combination with the inversion belt. I tried with and without the belt, and for me, it was better with the belt. IT is extremely well made. I actually felt a difference after the first time I used it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent alternative choice for sciatica relief! I used this at least twice a week to decompress my back for sciatica relief along with Dr. Ho pain therapy system. It greatly reduce my dependency on drug pain killers. I haven't undergo a physiotherapy for the past two months. Hopefully, I will not be needing a session in the future.
