Rated 4 out of 5 by from Great for Bacon I was using a baking sheet with a cookie cooling rack to cook bacon in the oven until I got two of these. This is preferable because it is really non-stick, and very easy to clean. One tray holds about 12 slices of bacon. I have used mine several times for bacon, and also for taquitos and potatoes. It does seem to help crisp up items. Mine is beginning to be discolored slightly from use, but it doesn't affect the performance. I agree with another user that it would be better if the tray had feet or something instead of the rolled edge. When you wash it, water collects under the rolled edge and I have been using a paper towel to make sure it gets dry under the rolled edge to keep it from rusting. It would be better to have the tray raised a little higher to keep it out of the bacon grease better, and to have feet instead of a rolled edge to make it easier to clean and to dry. Still glad I have them, and use them pretty much exclusively.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from MAKES THE BEST BACON EVER I have to say this pan makes the best bacon I have ever eaten. It is crisp and flat and evenly baked. I use this pan for roasting, pizza and bacon so far and love it. I bought 2 pans and so glad I did.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Mixed Feelings I bought 2 of these pans a few months ago, one of which was a gift for my mother-in-law. I have mixed feelings about it after using it just a few times, mostly for cooking bacon in the oven. It is amazingly easy to clean up; however stains remain on the sheet pan from the grease drips that "cooked" on. And after using it last night with some ribs that I put some bbq sauce on, there are some stains on the crisper pan. I planned to buy 2 more, another one each for my mother-in-law and me, and I probably still will. It's fantastic for cooking bacon, and I need the ability to cook more at once. I just have to get over how it looks. I did see the response above suggesting lemon juice, and I'll try that.
