How do I use it: For the eyeliners, always start with a clean, based lid. Then, glide onto the top and bottom lash lines. You have 30 seconds of playtime to soften and play with the liner. Once it is "set," it is good to go for the day.
Apply the mascara from the root to the tip, wiggling the wand as you move toward the end of your lashes. Use one coat for everyday wear, two or three coats for more dramatic results.
