Le Creuset Signature Cast Iron 5.5-Qt Round Dutch Oven is rated 4.7 out of 5 by 30.
Rated 5 out of 5 by from Very nice I have other brands of ceramic cast iron cookware. So far they have held up. Having worked in kitchens my entire career, I am very picky about the use and care of my cooking vessels. I have known about LeCrueset for a long time, but the price kept me away. After looking numerous times at this one with the reduced price, I gave in and purchased it. What can I say. If you have the funds to purchase, I highly recommend. You won't be disappointed.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Mothers Day Gift Bought it for my mother and she cried a little bit. Shes been using it every week for family dinners, maybe even twice. I get her the cherry one, its very pretty and heavy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Best purchase ever! I have the Emerald from when the color was first released and it is gorgeous! I love the gradient green color, it looks amazing on my stove and on my table. But best of all is the way it cooks. I’ve made soups, spaghetti sauce, casseroles, Guinness beef stew, beans and roasted a chicken! I’ve made a huge pot of hot chocolate and also mulled cider. I even bake soda bread in my other piece, an old 3 qt Dutch oven from Le Creuset! This makes tasty, moist food and the cleanup is a breeze. This generous size makes a huge amount of food and it’s even great to serve cold potato and pasta salad in summer as it keeps cold foods cold and hot, hot. The pictures show how beautiful it is and how clean the inside stays after cooking countless meals. LOVE this wonderful pot!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from A magic pot Growing up my mother had (and still has) an aluminum ‘magic pot’. I cook in this dutch what she did: corn on cob, lentil soup, corned beef, steamed vegetables, pop popcorn. This pot maintains temperature on my stove from 1984. It cleans easily with hot soapy water.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Too off You can buy a cast iron pan at Sam's or Costco for $50.00 dollars. Total rip off. I threw an eight quart in the trash.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Why did I wait so long? Yes, it's pricey and yes easy pay really helps- This is the best cookware purchase I have made in a long time- bought the Flame, love it- I leave it out and have used it several times now without issue------ braised short ribs, paella, escarole soup, I love this dutch oven-

Rated 5 out of 5 by from My Favorite Kitchen Item EVER! I grew up using Le Creuset- if you love soups, stews, roasts you need this! Whether cooking on a stove top or the oven everything is tender and delicious with exceptionally even cooking. Clean-up is a breeze. I keep my flame Le Creuset Dutch Oven proudly displayed on my stove top- and it always gets compliments & people saying "I always wanted one of those!" My first Dutch Oven is 25 years old and used several times a week- still looks like new!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Can I Give This 10 Stars? I've wanted a Le Creuset for as long as I can remember. I finally got one thanks to QVC and Easy Pay. This pan boils water in about 25% of the time as my high end stainless steel set. Nothing sticks in it and it creates the best fond. I'm hooked and plan to purchase a new piece each Christmas for myself. It's the only pan I use anymore.
