But so far this OLED tv is the best. The picture quality is unbeatable and connects to internet is so quick that I don't any delay. It boots super fast. I love everything about this TV and highly recommend.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Excellent TV, Superb Customer Service [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually bought this TV in 2017, but it recently underwent a complimentary panel replacement thanks to LG’s OLED specialist department. With all that was going on in the world around the American election, news banners had unfortunately gotten burned into the old panel. Well, I realized it was well out of warranty, but thought I might just inquire to LG to see if there was anything that can help alleviate the issue as I accept it can never be fixed. To my surprise, they offered the replacement free of charge. I’m so impressed and would highly recommend LG over any other television brand on the market for both quality of product and customer service. Thank you so much! I included before and after photos of the TV panel.

Lower rating is due to recent pixel burn out causing ghost Picture in Picture. LG was good enough to work with. Getting panel changed but still have to pay labor.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Awesome TV, curious about longevity... [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve had this TV almost 4 years. The picture quality for the last 3 years has been second to none and it’s been my favorite tv I’ve ever owned. Over the last year though we started to experience some burn in issues and banding that would not go away no matter what we did. We had used pixel refresher as recommended from the first few months of ownership. We also had the screen shift feature on to help with static images. We do feel the issues were more of a defect then a normal burn in from images staying on the screen for too long. Fast forward to today where I am very happy with what LG did for us. We were outside of our warranty and LG paid for us to receive a new OLED panel. We did have to pay the company to service the TV, but we felt this was more then fair considering they could have done nothing since we were so far out of warranty. The new panel we received is even better then the original. The only concern I have is with how much we paid for this TV will this screen exhibit the same issues in 3 years of use as the last screen. I hope it lasts longer because this TV is absolutely stunning watching 4K HDR content. I’m happy LG stood by their product. I feel they know of the issue with this particular panel and did the right thing by covering the cost of the new panel. Thank you for doing the right thing. Things like this will keep me an LG customer for life.
