How do I use it: Begin by using Bye Bye Under Eye Concealer. Put a pin head-sized amount on the back of your hand, warm it up with your finger, and then dip your Heavenly Luxe #2 dual-ended concealer brush into it. Use the flat end to smooth the concealer onto your skin and the fluffy side to blend out for a natural-looking finish. Apply to bare skin or over top of your skin care. Can also be worn under your makeup, but you may find that this is all you need.
