Rated 1 out of 5 by from Waste of money When I received this I was excited to be able to do all the exercises Thought I had finally found something easy enough for me to do, however it broke just after the 30 day return time was up. Don't waste your money on this item.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from bad quality. this product broke upon first use. I'm not obese or anything, so it's not that too much weight was on it, it's just a very poorly made product.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from It works! I think this is a nice piece of exercise equipment that does what is says it does. I just think that Fitnation needs to do a couple of things to improve the overall customer rating/satisfaction. First, give us the dvd without making us have to ask. I understand that Fitnation is trying to give us the Peloton experience (with on demand videos) but many of us just want a dvd to learn the basics. Why would I want to watch the video on my tiny phone when I have a 65" tv and dvd player. Answer, I don't. I called the customer service rep and requested a dvd. They were really nice, and I got the dvd in 10 days. The only problem is that it arrived cracked. I called for another one, and it arrived undamaged in 15 days. That really didn't give me much time to decide if I wanted to keep the flex all. Second, it won't fit under most beds. That really isn't a deal-breaker for me, but it might be a disappointment to someone counting on it to fit under their bed. To store mine, I remove the bands from one side and prop it against my bedroom wall (wheels against the wall - like a backwards "D"). Third, what are the 25+ exercises that you can do with the flex all, The card and dvd only show a small portion of the exercises. I wish that there was a chart or pdf on their website that I could print. Finally, I think that Matt did a good job explaining how the flex all works. It provides assistance going up and down and also puts you in the position of attaining proper form. The flex all is worth it just to have proper technique when doing exercises. There were a lot of complaints that there wasn't enough resistance on the bands. There is (most of us don't want a piece of fitness equipment that resembles a sling shot). Maybe Matt should have talked about increasing the number of sets and repetitions that you do to advance your workout because it seems like a lot of people aren't clear about how they should be using the flex all.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from I like this but beware... I am a 50-something with all kinds of exercise gadgets. This one appealed to me because it looked like it would help with things I already do. I would say that is true. What I am unhappy about is the lack of a more detailed exercise routine included with this package. I did not want to download any Apps but there was a card in the box with an 800 number to call and receive a "DVD copy of the workout video free of charge". I called the number, spoke to Customer Service, who kindly took my information but I'm guessing did not write anything down because I never received the DVD. I still like this exerciser and have come up with my own routine, but I do not appreciate being lied to. If FitNation does not mail DVDs to customers, then do not send that information in the box. I will not buy any more FitNation exercise equipment just based on that.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Fitnation flex all total body exerciser I am able to do the exercises in the little book that came with it which is great, but I have not been able to get the app. that is supposed to be available. That would make it even better.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not Enough Resistance I am out of shape and yet even with the three bands I don't see enough resistance. I will try for two weeks to see if there is even a small amount of value. I am beginning to think I need to cut up my credit card so I won't be tempted to purchase more useless items on QVC.
