This set from EVE PEARL contains one Smudgeproof Liquid Liner with a tapered brush--ideal for the classic liner, cat eye, and dramatic eyelining--and one Glamour Lash Mascara formulated to help add the look of length and volume to lashes for extension effects. It's a perfect pairing to finish your gorgeous eyes on both the top and bottom lashes.
How do I use it: Shake Smudgeproof Liquid Liner before use to get full pigment. Hold the liner parallel to your lash line. Apply close to the lash line--almost touching the lashes. If your hands are shaky, apply as minimal dots all along your eye line. As you get to the outside of your eye, create a slight swoop (like a feathering upwards) to create that cat-eye effect.
Glamour Lash Mascara is formulated to allow for a single coat to multiple coats, depending on your desired effect.
