Dyson Big Ball Multi-Floor Canister Vacuum is rated 4.4 out of 5 by 37.
Rated 4 out of 5 by from Not What I Expected There are no rollers or height adjustment on the carpet head attachment, so it gets caught on some your deeper pile rugs. It's no big deal, because it is so light weight. Pick it up and place back on the carpet to pull it back toward you.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from I own a cleaning business and this is the vacuum I chose specifically to clean my clients homes and myself Okay so let me start by saying I don’t enjoy not write long drawn out reviews but I figured I spent a enough of the thing I really should.I bought this vacuum a year ago in two weeks. I do love it but there is definitely some draw backs to its design. The pros: amazing suction in the beginning love that you can wash filter and dump and go with the waste, I love the fact it doesn’t tip over and stay, and love the attachments you get to pick, The cons: The power and retract cord button have been sticking since three months in , The carpet heads bristles are worn and almost gone, the rubber protection guard on the head broke off, and it sucks no where near like it used to, (even with weekly filter washes and air dry and cleaning canister daily) I can’t seem to get dog smell out of vacuum no matter how much I clean it . The hose whistles bc it’s had a small leak since day one . In all honesty this vacuum rocks but it needs to be tweaked which I doubt will happen since i read they will no longer do cord vacuums

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Big Disappointment from my old Dyson Animal After using my Dyson Animal upright for 12 years I donated it to my husband's work so I could get the Dyson Big Ball, supposed to be such an improvement. After 3 months I want my old vacuum back. I hate this vacuum. The hardwood floor head is ridiculous and just pushes dirt around unless you lift it up and plant it directly over the dirt. The power head is too powerful for area rugs and just sucks them up and is so frustrating. The cord is ridiculously short and overall I am sadly disappointed in the product and will not likely purchase another Dyson if this is the direction their products are going.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Dyson Big Ball I recently purchased this vacuum and it’s the worst vacuum I ever owned. Performance-wise it’s ok, but it’s so inconvenient to use. It’s heavy and clumsy.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from excellent machine i'm old and my upright was too hard for me to use. I watch ads for dyson and decided to try it. all i can say is wow! i used my bissell one week before i received my dyson. I got 3 times the amount of "stuff " out of my carpet with one use. the bissell didn't clean it like this dyson so i'm very happy with it it's easy to use, cleans well and cleaning the machine is a breeze i recommend this to anyone who likes a clean home

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Outstanding Vacuum! I needed a vacuum with greater mobility and lighter weight for carrying up and down the stairs. After many years and several different vacuum manufacturers, I have found the perfect sweeper. The Dyson Big Ball is easy to handle, light weight, and a breeze to empty. It has an ease of movement around and under furniture and the variety of attachments provides a wide range of options. I am sold and will recommend the Dyson Big Ball to friends.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Great suction if you pull the lever I have arthritis in my fingers so the lever you have to pull is very uncomfortable for me. I have been trying to see if they have a different head for floors that will get into to corners but I'm not seeing anything. My housekeeper doesn't like it either and uses his own vacuum. I purchased this at Best Buy. It very powerful but it doesn't do the complete job if the attachments are not designed well.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Some drawbacks I don't like that you have to keep pulling back with your finger on the suction trigger because the head is hard to push with all that suction. The handle of the vacuum is hard to use if your fingers and hands have arthritis. The hose is stiff that makes it hard to maneuver the hand piece to get the vacuum head on the floor to go where your want it to.
