Not the same Apron
The apron I received is not constructed as the apron in the photos and description depicts. There is no "adjustable neck strap with D-ring". The strap threads through a folded fabric seam and is sewn down. The "extra-long waist ties" are not extra long - unless you're a small child.
As for "measures 28" x 35", that must have been prior to pre-shrinking the fabric? Anyhow, it was on sale at the time of my purchase and suited my intended purpose as a Halloween costume after some minor alteration.
If you're looking for a good quality chefs apron look elsewhere.

I purchased this apron for my brother and he absolutely loves it. He plans to use it immediately, if not sooner. It is made well and is pleased with the extra long ties. Highly recommended to all those who enjoy having a good time.
