Great for the starting or seasoned chef, the pieces in this Cook's Essentials(R) set feature 18/10 stainless steel bodies with encapsulated impact-bonded bases to help eliminate disc separation due to overheating and hot spots. Each piece is coated with DuPont's arc-sprayed ScratchGuard to be metal utensil-safe, except for the steamer insert. Body, lids, and riveted handles are 18/10 stainless steel, and oven-safe to 500F. Dishwasher safe. Polished finish.
