Eggs Stuck In 10" Pan and Stain Remains
First time I tried to fry eggs in the 10" pan they glued to the pan and a thick black stain remains. Tried boiling vinegar and soap but stain remains and everything sticks to the stain. 12" pan does fine.

Great pans!
These are the best pans I’ve owned. Heavy duty construction but lightweight. Conductivity is amazing and would suggest you cook your food at a lower temp at first until you acclimate. The rings on the bottom of the pan makes for a great sear design on cooked meat and bread. I truly love cooking with these pans.

Love my new skillets
Easy to clean, nothing sticks. Was concerned about how light they were to older skillets that were heavier. Now I can't wait to replace my 8" skillets with these lightweight, great pans.

Cookware for a Lifetime
I've purchased what would be considered top of the line cookware over the last 20 years and came to the realization this thanksgiving, every year about this time I replace a piece here and there. I looked at My Circulon skillet and it was without scratching or marring. I decieded it's time to go all the way this year. I always purchase dishwasher safe and chose the Professional and Innovatim. All I can say is it's the best cookware on the market. I know it will be in our family for another 20 years and longer still looking brand new.
