It broke in 4 months
I bought the bissell spinwave a year ago and I love it at first. The water tank was always dripping, I bought a new water tank two times and the results was the same. Finally my spinwave broke in about 4 months. I loved the design and how cleaned so well, it is a shame it's made so cheap. I even bought replacement parts but it still wasn't working properly. I honestly wanted to love this product so much .

Loved this so Much I bought 2!
This floor cleaner is so easy to use. You can customize the cleaners based on the type of floor you are cleaning. I like the fact that you can reuse the pads and just throw them in the washer. Love it so much I bought 2 one cordless and the one with cord. Cannot say enough how pleased I am

Need an adjustable height handle
This cleans very well; however an improvement is much needed. It needs an adjustable handle. I am 5'6 and have to lean it to control the movement of the scrubber. It killed my bad back and I finally gave it away after 5 uses only.

Love it! The only way my floor will get cleaned!
I have 2 little girls and food is always dropping on the floor, multiple times a day. I sweep frequently but was so discouraged about mopping. I had a Swiffer with Spray but I had to put so much muscle into it or scrub things by hand. Ugh. I didn't want to bother. But it got so filthy I decided to google for a mechanical mop and found this. It's so worth it to me! And I don't buy expensive appliances often! I gave it 4 stars. I love it and the only reason I didn't give it 5 is because there are some spots I have to stay on for a while to get it up, or press down with my foot to make it scrub "harder." Still 100% better than the swiffer for me!!!!

Poor battery life is the deciding factor
Cleaning works great and is very easy to use. The battery lasted far less than the advertised 20 min. I got maybe 15 out of it. Would be beneficial to maybe develop this with an option to have two batteries. Will be trading in for the corded version.
