Rated 3 out of 5 by from Packaging NEEDS big IMPROVEMENT I've ordered these several times and whereas the product is undeniably delicious, packaging is a nightmare. 45 of these gorgeous morsels arrived in a mashed mess of frozen dough. I decided to tackle it by placing in my microwave and defrosting for 30 seconds. Thank heaven I was able to ply them all apart but some have been disfigured. Please improve your packaging and separate in small groupings. PLEASE

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AWESOME and BEST EVER! These croissants are so delicious, flakey, and buttery! I Love them fresh out of the oven. You don't even need to spread anything on them - they are excellent all on their own. Definitely recommend these to everyone.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Partially thawed croissant rolls again I received the first order a couple of weeks ago. They arrived but with no dry ice, warm and the rolls were a soft glob all stuck together. QVC was very helpful and sent me a replacement. They arrive today with no dry ice, slightly cool and have started to thaw and expand. We are hoping by freezing them they might be salvageable. This company either needs to ship them with more dry ice during the hot weather or do 2 day shipping. This is such a waste of food that is so good.. I would rate the food with 5 stars except for the past 2 shipments.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Arrived hot Authentic Gourmet is the worst when it comes to shipping their products with adequate dry ice. I have had auto-ship for years and more times than not, I've had to write because the croissants arrived hot, smelling of yeast and just blobs of dough in the plastic bags. I love the croissants but it's not worth the trouble. Wouldn't it be easier to add extra dry ice and pack properly than to have to refund the money or ship a replacement? And, it's only gotten worse since the pandemic. I agree with QVC that these are unprecedented times and patience is required, however, I wish QVC would remind their vendors of the unprecedented times, shipping delays, hot weather, etc. and require that the vendors take extra precautions, such as extra dry ice, shipping on Monday or Tuesday to avoid sitting in a warehouse over the weekend, etc. The last three food items I received arrived in this condition and Customer Service is impossible to reach. I did not pay half of the dollars that QVC was charging for these items, I paid full price and I expect to receive the full item I ordered, in good condition. All of this tells me that QVC does not care. We are all going through tough times and need to make it as easy on each other as possible. Come on, QVC. You can do better. And, stop selling what you cannot support!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from JustThe Best These are the best croissants. I’ve been purchasing them since they first came on QVC. Won’t buy anything else.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Croissants We love the croissants but twice now they have come partially unfrozen. There was no dry ice left like there usually is. This happened a year ago and we called because they were all stuck together and most were broken. This time we were able to get them apart and use them. We would like to keep ordering them because they are so delicious. Thank you.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from packaging is everything I was very disappointed at how the product was packaged. Inside the styrofoam was a large lump of dough in a plastic bag X 2. They were cool to the touch, however they were all mushed together, one on top of the other etc to form - a lump of dough. I was ready to just throw them out, but I decided to not waste the food. I was able to very carefully separate them - they were flat in shape and you could barely see the layers/lines. I cooked them as directed and while literally a few puffed up smoothly, the rest were flat. It's too bad because they tasted very good. I wouldn't be able to use for a sandwhich, which was my intent, but if you don't mind a very tasty and buttery flat, good sized croissant, then this is for you. I have in the past purchased already shaped etc, ready to be baked croissants from an other company - they were packaged in such a way that they were well formed and separate from each other and very cold on arrival. So it can be done.
