Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not worth money, not even clearance money I saw this product and thought just maybe it would help me get out of my driveway. Nope. Let’s start off with only being a single and it not being a pair. Tires still spin out. My tire shot it out in fact. Not worth any money. As for the return policy, like me having to go to the post office and package it and so on, I don’t think so. It’s quite heavy. Don’t recommend buying this at all. If you do, good luck using it in the snow, even if you’ve snowblowed and shoveled first.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Track Assist I purchased 2 of these for Christmas presents. The guys I gave them to were really appreciative. We have occasional snow and ice and they both live in areas that are hard to access in weather like this.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from NO! Didn't even work on a dusting of snow! I even had 2 of them to try for my Ford Fusion!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Only 1? This may have been a good product if I only had 1 tire. I expected a set of two since it does not only snow on one side of my car. I hope in the future you will sell as set of 2 and make them longer

Rated 5 out of 5 by from AWESOME!!! I live in the Inland NW, where we get a fair amount of snow, ice and slush in the winter. I have a Subaru Outback with brand new, all-weather, siped tires (thin slits that improve traction). Yet I still managed to get stuck this past winter, trying to get out of our property, sinking several inches deep into a heavy, compacted mix of the above elements, with my front tires going downhill! What fun. Fortunately the two Snow Joes I'd ordered arrived just days before. I put one under each front tire and was immediately able to pull out of it, working amazingly well, for what they are intended! I had a home repairman over that day and he was so impressed, that he ordered a couple sets for his work van! These track assists now live in the back of my car; so they're always available. I highly recommend them...great product!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from WORKS GREAT We have ice in some areas in the court that I live in. The mail truck was stuck on some of the ice, so I put my track under the wheel and she got right out. She couldn't thank me enough, nor the neighbor who was going to try and shovel the ice. Thanks for a great product.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from THEY ARE NOT LONG ENOUGH! These do not work for the conditions I live in! They need to be at least a foot longer!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Doesn't Work Well On Ice I live in a 55+ mobile home community in Central Ohio and my street does not drain well. Last winter my vehicle tires were encased 3" deep in standing water that had frozen solid. I got this product in hopes that if that happened again I would be able to get my vehicle free. Well, same thing happened last night, all 4 wheels of my vehicle are encased 3" deep in ice so I tried this Snow Joe track assist and since it's ice I'm dealing with, there was no way to jam the thing under the tire as one could do with snow so I was not able to move my vehicle. I can see that it would work with snow but for my situation, it was no help and I feel I wasted my money. Oh, a couple of my neighbors' vehicles are also stuck in the ice.
