Loved the pot when it first arrived. We used it for boiling water, tea, soft boiled eggs etc.
After a few months of use, we noticed what appeared to be blisters in the non-stick surface at the bottom of the pot. A short time later the blisters broke and the pot began to RUST and rust extensively. It was only used for boiling water and lasted less than 6 months; what a waste of money. We have since purchased a Calphalon pot and have not had any problems.
The next time we see a product by Kuhn Rikon we will run in the opposite direction.

Non stick coating scratches easily and then rusts.
Bought both the 7 cup and 12 cup pots and had to throw both away because of this problem.
Found them in stainless steel on Amazon. Paid a little more, but well worth it.
Now they get used all the time.

This is a horrible product because the coating is so fragile it scratches if you look at it cross eyed.. Then it starts to rust, Now... here is the thing. I love the size, it's convenient to use and a great idea. The kicker is... this company makes this pot in two sizes....in stainless steel. I purchased it from another outlet in stainless and its great!. QVC needs to offer this pot in stainless, or greatly improve the quality of the coating on this one. It's a product worth keeping, but not like it is.

I love the size and strainer lid, but the bottom inside is peeling.

Used the pan for a few months then I noticed the teflon was wearing away. I can only use the pan to boil eggs. Loved the size of the pot but not the quality. This was becoming my favorite go to pot because I live alone and the portion size was just right. I was going to purchase another, but decided not to waste my money.

bought both sizes. Paint chipped on the bottoms inside of a month. Pots only stay on the stove top. Used them for tea and making oatmeal. used only wooden tools, the legs of the baskets need to have the silicone on them to prevent scratching on the interior.
Good sizes, great colors, but durability is disappointing. QVC needs more quality control.
am now leary of purchasing more pots of any kind from QVC. Learned the hard way about rachael ray cookware too, also had bad luck with temptations .......
considering switching purchasing from qvc to hsn or evine. DISAPPOINTING.

I loved the size, loved the pot but I threw it out after about 3 months.. it peeled off and I thought my husband might have scoured it off. I only used it to boil eggs, heat up soup or water. Made grits in it; perfect size for two servings. Was going to order another one but then I noticed it was rated 3 stars and read some of the reviews. And lo and behold I wasn't the only one. I am very disappointed. Lose the nonstick coating and make the same size in a stainless pot and you'll have a winner.

In less than 6 months all the nonstick on the bottom peeled of. I only used it to boil eggs and heat up soup. I liked the size. What a shame.
