Rated 5 out of 5 by from very good My original Cuisinart (which I inherited) finally died. This has many attachments and features my old processor didn't have. I really like it, except the dicing looks more like chipping. Faster, quieter and more capacity than the old one. I really like it.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Updated And Better Quality I have been using these food processors for years and my complaint was that the bowl was always cheaply-made. I bought this to replace one that I had been using for years and the quality has been greatly upgraded. Although I don't use the dicer often it is very handy if you have to do a large quantity for salads or sauteing. This is a work horse and can chop through even the hardest Parmesan cheese. The variety of disks is great and the extra capacity for a large bowl is awesome too. Comparatively this is a great deal for what you get included in the package and I would recommend KitchenAid again.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from What happened to quality KitchenAid??? Bought this food processor to replace another that the bowl broke and would not longer engage. (should have been my first clue) Well we bought this one and were very excited to use it. Unpacked it and tried a few things and was great! So we stored it away and went to use it again and had a problem get the lid to engage in order to start machine. After fiddling with it a bit, we got it working. Again, stored it away and went to use it again and now the lid will no longer active the machine without me pushing down on the lid. SO VERY disappointed that after two uses I a $200 boat anchor that is possibly out of warranty. I will try Monday to get it through (depends on what they consider the purchase date). If I don't get this fixed under warranty I swear I will never buy another KitchenAid and will also post on social media my thoughts

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Make Sure Use It Right Away I bought my food processor in February 2016. Like several other people I put it in the cupboard and kind of forgot about it. In November 2017 I decided to give it a try when making a pie crust. I did everything according to the instructions everything was locked in place turned the machine on and nothing. It was dead. I guess the lesson here is if you’re going to buy something from QVC make sure you use it in the first 30 days or you might be out of luck.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from lesson learned I bought this for my husband for Christmas 2015. We have never used it. I finally was going to use it today, and it won't turn on. I've taken it apart, put it all back together and still it won't turn on. Now it's out of warranty and there is nothing I can do with it. Has anyone else had this problem?? So if we buy anything, I've learned even if you are not going to use it right away, at least test it out.
