Rated 1 out of 5 by from lesson learned I bought this for my husband for Christmas 2015. We have never used it. I finally was going to use it today, and it won't turn on. I've taken it apart, put it all back together and still it won't turn on. Now it's out of warranty and there is nothing I can do with it. Has anyone else had this problem?? So if we buy anything, I've learned even if you are not going to use it right away, at least test it out.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not a Good Experience I purchased this because of the great deal that was offered and let it sit around for quite some time as I never thought I would have a problem with a KitchenAid product. I was wrong. Had pulled it all out and was ready to experiment with some stuff and plugged it in and nothing. QVC was great as they took it back without any questions. had it worked like in the demos I would have been happy but alas that was not meant to be.

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Grater caused malfunction I purchased the extra disk for grating and when I tried to grate parmesan cheese, it caused the disk to stop turning and evidently overheated the black rod that holds the driver adapter on and I could not take it apart and it is cracked. We finally got it apart but with the adapter came the black rod that goes into the machine to hold all disk and blades. You can see in the picture where it is cracked, right above the words "drive adapter." The processor is wonderful but some disks are just not worth the headache and the damage to the unit. NOT HAPPY

Rated 4 out of 5 by from Processor I have had my processor for awhile now. So I feel better about writing a review. It is very big. Sometimes on TV it is hard to tell how big something is. This takes up a lot of space and with two kits even more space. Like others have said Kitchen Aid need to mark the part. That is one very important thing. If I used it every day then NO I would remember. when you use something every so many weeks or a month. Then YES you need to have the parts marked. The food packs up around the top and gasket. That is lost food and it has to be removed with care. So you don't damage the gasket. I cut one head of lettuce and I lost over a cup of lettuce to the gasket and top. I could have used a knife and had a lot less mess. It does walk sometimes when running. I purchased the processor for the dicing kit. Over all I like my processor and am glad I have it.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Don't buy! Bought despite poor reviews. I really wanted the dicing function. The feed tube cracked upon first use. QVC was great and sent me another one which wouldn't even chop! I love kitchenaid but I must say this food processor is a dud!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Large footprint and too many pieces This food processor has a large footprint, taking up a lot of counter space. There are a lot of pieces and you have to remember which one goes with what. Way too big and cumbersome for what I wanted. The machine does do what it claims when it works, mine stopped working less than a month after purchase. I returned it for a refund.
