This exfoliating toner helps slough away dead skin cells and smooth the appearance of skin, thanks to an acid complex of chemical exfoliants. It helps remove impurities, make skin appear more radiant, and exfoliate dead skin cells.
How do I use it: Use on face, neck, and decollete after cleansing to help prime skin for the rest of your skin-care routine. Can be used daily; if used in the morning, follow with SPF. After cleansing and patting skin dry, moisten a cotton pad with a few drops and swipe over a clean face, neck, and decollete. Do not rinse. Follow up with the rest of your skin-care routine. Begin by using Brighten Up two to three times per week, gradually working up to everyday use. Best for nighttime use. As always, please use SPF during the day.
