How do I use it: Don't moisturize or use moisturizing shower creams or soaps during the 24 hours prior to tanning--they leave a residue on the skin that will block the tanning effect. Apply pHeNomenal Mousse to clean, exfoliated skin using the included tanning mitt in elongated circular movements. To achieve the longest lasting tan result, apply three times over 24 to 36 hours, showering with water only between applications.

For body, use a tanning mitt, large makeup brush, or your hands to apply Body Blur in small pea-sized dots along limbs and then blend well in long circular movements. For face and decollete, apply sparingly with fingers or a foundation brush. Wash hands after application.
