How do I use it: Prime all over eyelid with a pea-sized amount of Shadow Insurance using a clean fingertip or a flat shadow brush. Define the crease with a matte shade using a fluffy blending brush. Place brush tip in the crease starting from outer corner lightly buffing to the inner corner. Layer for color intensity. Apply your choice of eye shadow onto the eyelid using a flat shadow brush. For shimmer shades use a clean fingertip to intensify shimmer.
