How do I use it: Apply your favorite foundation and concealer (not included), then dip the included full fan powder brush into the set net sifter. Tap off excess powder. Press brush onto skin in a dabbing motion anywhere you want to mattify.
For under-eyes, dip the set point puff in the set net sifter, tap off excess powder, and press puff onto skin in rolling potion, focusing on under-eyes and T-zone.
