Description
The emphasEYES high definition eyeliner is a super-slim eye pencil that is specifically designed for use on the inner eye rim to help make eyes the focus and give the appearance of thicker, fuller lashes. It starts as a liquid that is individually poured, making it super creamy for the sensitive inner eye rim.
How do I use it: Twist up the wand very slightly & glide onto upper & lower lash line for richly & precisely defined eyes. Be sure to only twist up the wand to reveal just the tip of the eyeliner! Since this revolutionary pigmentation technology makes the pencil so creamy, it can break if you dispense too much liner at one time. Note: for first use, you will need to twist the wand about 20 times to revel the eyeliner.
