Get bigger, brighter, and more defined eyes with 2-in-1 ModernEYES Shadow Smudge & Liner. The shadow side features a micro-sponge tip that creates the look of a softly smudged shadow line with ease (no steady hand needed). The cream-to-powder formula can also be used all over lids as an eye shadow. The ultra-fine gel eyeliner glides on smoothly without skipping or pulling on delicate lids. How do I use it: Generously coat the custom molded brush with mascara. Starting at the base of lashes, apply two consecutive coats in an upward curling motion along the natural curve of your lashes, pulling through to the tip.
