Lip Plumper is formulated with maxilip, which optimizes skin's own collagen and hyaluronic acid levels and is known to moisturize and smooth the look of lips. The plumper is also formulated with vitamin E, which is known as an antioxidant with moisturizing properties, and leaves skin feeling smooth.
How do I use it: Massage scrub onto clean, dry lips using a firm, circular motion. Wipe away with a tissue or facecloth. Apply plumper alone or over other lip products.
