Formulated with cocoa seed butter to condition and minerals for a subtle sheen, this powder creates soft, natural-looking brows with lustrous dimension to beautifully frame the face.
How do I use it: Using the brush, apply powder by following the shape of the eyebrow, starting with arch and working outward for fullness and definition. Use spoolie to soften and blend. Repeat to darken or mix with water to define brow and fill in missing hair.
