Snicker Blossoms

Ingredients

  • 16 oz creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups light brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp flour (or gluten-free Bisquick)
  • Snicker bites (unwrapped)

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350°F. Lightly spray or line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Mix the peanut butter, brown sugar, eggs, vanilla, and flour until creamy. Cover the bowl and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Spray a small ice cream scoop with a little oil and scoop the dough onto the cookie sheet. Bake by the dozen for 14 minutes, or until brown on top. Let the cookies cool for 3 minutes, and then press a snicker bite gently into the middle of each cookie.
