Pomegranate Dressing

Originally created for David's Warm Butternut Squash Salad with Pomegranate Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/8 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 Tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/2 pomegranate (juice & seeds)

Directions

Fully combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Strain the mixture through a fine mesh colander. Refrigerate until needed.
