Honey Vinaigrette

Originally created for David's Fresh Berry Salad with Arugula and Goat Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup fresh orange juice
  • 2 tsp raspberry vinegar
  • 6 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • Zest of 1 orange

Directions

Fully combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor. Refrigerate until needed.
