Serves: 15–25 pieces
Melt the two types of chocolate in 2 separate microwave safe bowls, by melting at 30 second intervals, stirring each time.
The chocolate will be done when it is about 90% melted; keep stirring it. The pieces will all melt as you stir.
Cover a baking sheet or a baking pan with parchment paper.
With your silicone or rubber spatula, spread the melted chocolate over the baking sheet. There's no need to go to the edge, but try to make it even. Aim for about 1/4" thick.
Spoon dollops of the white chocolate all over the top and swirl it around using a toothpick.
Sprinkle all your favorite spooky toppings over the chocolate, and lightly press into the chocolate. Allow to sit out at room temperature for 2 to 4 hours.
When chocolate is completely cool and set, use your hands to break into chunks.
It will keep for about a week, covered.
This is a great recipe for all seasons. You can add nuts, dried fruits, candy canes, candied fruits, coconut, pretzels, and cereal.
