Easter-Themed Loaded Popcorn

Serves: 6–8

Ingredients

  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 6 heaping cups plain white popcorn
  • 1 cup mini pretzel twists, slightly crushed
  • 8 vanilla sandwich cookies, slightly crushed
  • 1/3 cup mini jelly beans
  • 1/3 cup pastel candy coated chocolates, like M&Ms
  • 1/2 cup malted Easter eggs
  • 2 Tbsp Easter sprinkles

Preparation

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a double boiler, melt the white chocolate chips. Lay the popcorn out on the lined baking sheet in a single layer. Then, sprinkle the pretzels and cookies over the popcorn.

Next, carefully drizzle the melted chocolate all over the popcorn mixture.

Sprinkle the remaining ingredients over top of the drizzled chocolate. Place the sheet tray in the refrigerator for 15 minutes, or until the chocolate is set. Serve.

Cook's Notes

Make this even more festive by using pastel-colored candy melts instead of white chocolate chips.
