Cranberry Dressing

Originally created for David's Green Salad with Pears, Gorgonzola & Cranberry Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 red onion, peeled and stemmed
  • 3 Tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 cup frozen cranberries, defrosted
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp pepper

Directions

Place all the ingredients in a blender and purée until the dressing is smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use.
