Just Peachy Spritz

Ingredients

  • 4 oz peach schnapps, divided
  • 2 oz vanilla vodka, divided
  • 1 bottle sparkling rosé
  • 1 peach, pit removed and cut into 8 wedges
  • 4 mint sprigs

Preparation

Fill a stemless wine or short drinking glass with ice.
Add 1 oz peach schnapps and 1/2 oz vanilla vodka. Top with 4-6 oz of sparkling rose.
Stir to combine.
Garnish with 2 peach wedges and a sprig of mint.
Repeat until all four drinks are made. Serve and enjoy!

Cook's Notes

Make this drink non-alcoholic by adding peach purée and substituting peach-flavored club soda for the alcohol.
