- Defrost overnight in refrigerator; vent and microwave for eight to 10 minutes; or bake at 375F for 30 to 35 minutes; or leave in pouch and simmer in pot of water filled 2/3 way for 30 to 35 minutes; cook until an internal temperature of 165F is reached
