How do I use it: Best when used with the No Makeup Makeup Blush Brush (not included). Gently buff into the skin in upward blending motions. Apply one brush stroke for a fair flush, two brush strokes for medium payoff, and three for a full-color effect.

For lips, dab on with fingertips for a soft, subtle finish or apply with a lip brush (not included) for a precise and more saturated effect.
