How do I use it: Milk Bath: Add contents of pack to bath tub under running warm water. Sit back and enjoy your happy place.
Body Polish: For best results, gently massage into warm, damp skin, spending extra time on your elbows, knees, and feet. Rinse off thoroughly. Avoid eyes. Shower/tub and feet may be slippery after use. For external use only.
Bath & Body Oil: Place two to three full droppers into a hot bath. Towel off and apply a few drops on your hands, then distribute to legs, arms, torso, or anywhere you'd like some extra hydration. Massage directly on joints and muscles. ADVISORY: This product contains high concentrations of arnica montana. Consult your doctor if you are pregnant or breastfeeding before using.
