The Messenger Series '94 issue, The Challengers captures Young Mesteno meeting Sombra's challenge to dominate as the herd stallion of the famous Kiger Mustangs. Mesteno represents the most prevalent dun (grayish brown) color phase in the wild. Sombra offers a more rare color factor, the grulla ("gruya") or slate grey. The dorsal stripe down their back, black tipped ears & zebra striping on their legs set them apart, as Kigers, from other American Mustangs. Approx. 9"H each. Designed by Rowland Cheney (Made in USA)
