How do I use it: Apply along the upper lash line using short, even strokes for a deep, solid line. Apply to the inner rim of the eye for the ultimate sultry effect. You can smudge and blend easily for a smoky eye look. For a more precise line, use the sharpener included in the end cap and propel the pencil up until the product is covered by the sharpener. Twist slowly until desired point is achieved.
