How do I use it: Apply eyeliner along the upper lash line using short, even strokes for a deep, solid line. Apply to the inner rim of the eye for the ultimate sultry effect. You can smudge and blend easily for a smoky eye look.
Apply mascara at the base of lashes and glide upwards, wiggling from side to side.
