How do I use it: Apply mascara at the base of lashes and glide upwards, wiggling from side to side. Using short, hair-like strokes, shape, define, and fill your arches with the eyebrow pencil's gentle precision tip. Buff, blend, and tame brows with the built-in spoolie.
