How do I use it: Monsieur Big Mascara: Apply mascara from the base to the tip of your eyelashes.
Bi-Facil: Before each use, shake the bottle to activate the formula and mix the two-phases. Saturate a cotton round or cotton ball with Bi-Facil and hold over closed eyes to moisten and soften makeup. Then, gently swipe over makeup to remove. Repeat until all eye makeup is removed.
