Neroli Hydrating Mist is formulated with neroli oil extracted from the blossoms of the bitter orange tree.
How do I use it: Apply complex twice daily after cleanser, toner, and serum by gently massaging into the face, neck, and decollete. Follow with sunscreen.
After cleansing, mist toner onto face, neck, and decollete. Allow toner to dry naturally. May also be used throughout the day to refresh the skin.
