JOYA MIA Base Coat will help provide a perfect foundation for your gel polish, while Top Coat is a must-have finishing touch to any gel manicure.
How do I use it: Push the cuticles back and buff your nails to remove shine, dirt, or oil. Cover the prepped natural nail plate with Base Coat. Cure for 45 seconds in JOYA lamp (not included).
After applying Base Coat and gel polish, apply Top Coat and cure for 60 seconds.
