Formulated to work for all skin tones, Bye Bye Under Eye Bags Treatment can be applied to bare skin and is also compatible on top of makeup, such as Bye Bye Dark Spots Concealer + Serum (not included). And when you're ready to take it off, it easily removes with any oil-based cleanser.
How do I use it: Bye Bye Under Eye Bags Treatment is designed to work when skin is completely dry, so allow two to three minutes for your cleanser and eye cream to fully absorb before applying this product. Apply a pea-size amount per eye to bare skin or on top of makeup. With light pressure, use your fingertip to glide evenly from inner to outer eye corners two to three times -- minimal blending is best. Use your fingertip to gently tap or feather the product outward at the edges of each eye. Relax your face and let it go to work. Don't squint or smile until the product is completely dry (about 15 minutes). Then, you're good to go!
Note: If wearing with concealer, foundation, or powder, the treatment needs to be the last product you apply on top in order to work most effectively.
