How do I use it: Apply Phenomen'Eyes to the upper lashes, placing the brush horizontally, in the same manner as classic mascara, to separate, coat, and curl each individual lash, one by one. Apply a second coat, holding the brush vertically to reach all lashes at their roots and add intensity to the eyes. Finish by applying mascara to the lower lashes.

Tip: Delicately apply mascara to lower lashes just after the upper lashes, without reloading the brush, to create a natural look.

Apply Gloss Revelateur alone, or use it as a top coat.
