How do I use it: Shake milk bath well and add a cap full whilst running the bath water. When cleansing, squeeze out a coin-sized amount of body wash into wet palms and massage over the body. Rinse off and continue shower routine. After cleansing, pour a small amount of body oil into palms of the hands and gently rub and massage into the skin when the body is warm. When needed, warm a small amount into the palms and gently massage over problem areas with circular motions. For scalp and head tension, place a pea-sized amount on the fingertips and gentle massage into the temples and across the forehead.
