Lash Building Primer is a lash-conditioning undercoat designed to be worn under mascaras. This formula helps condition lashes, priming them for mascara. Removes easily with makeup remover.
High Impact Mascara is your go-to for the appearance of buildable volume and natural-looking lashes dialed up a notch. Rich black pigments give lashes intense color, adding to the drama. Create the look you want with this mascara, from your-lashes-but-better to lush, bold drama. The soft fiber brush was designed to comb and define every lash.
How to Use: Apply primer generously to lashes in an upward motion. Immediately follow with mascara. Not recommended for use with tubing mascaras. Clinique's tubing High Impact Zero Gravity Mascara.
Start at lash roots, wiggling brush up to lash tips. Repeat to build. For lower lashes, hold wand vertically. Avoid pumping the brush in the container -- this adds air that can dry out mascara. Let mascara dry between coats.
