How do I use it: Apply primer generously to lashes in an upward motion. Immediately follow with mascara. Not recommended for use with Lash Power, High Impact Curling and Bottom Lash Mascara formulas (not included). Start at lash roots, wiggling mascara brush up to lash tips. Repeat to build. For lower lashes, hold wand vertically. Avoid pumping the brush in the container; this adds air that can dry out mascara. To prevent clumping, let mascara dry between coats.
