Slice has been removed & you can see the inside of the fruit. Clasp is a fly. Hand mounted metalhinge & fitting made of brass. Fitting has to be individually shaped & precisely fitted because no two are alike. Made of porcelain. Goes through 3 stages of firing before getting handpainted & detailed. Comes with Certificate.
