How do I use it: Propel eyeliner tip one to two millimeters at a time for optimal control and prevent tip breakage. For a precise look, apply the thinnest side of the flat-edge tip of the eyeliner along the lash line. To perfect, use the tip of the angled built-in brush to control the eyeliner extension to create a cat eye look. For a smoky look, apply the thicker side of the flat-edge tip of the eyeliner along the lash line. Use the wider side of the built-in angled brush to blend and soften any harsh lines.
Apply Lash Mascara to both top and bottom lashes to achieve full and wide-eyed lashes.
